Dr. Thorsten Füreder is a Medical Oncologist in the Department of Medicine I, Division of Oncology, at the Medical University of Vienna and the Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC) Vienna, Austria. He specialises in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and thoracic malignancies, with a focus on immunotherapy, targeted agents, and precision oncology. He has been involved in landmark trials including KEYNOTE-048, KEYNOTE-689, and the TUXEDO-3 Phase II trial investigating HER3-directed antibody-drug conjugates in patients with active brain metastases from lung and breast cancer.
